Long time no see! Last time I saw you my life was very different. I'm a different person altogether in truth. Whilst updating my about me page I noticed the version of me that wrote that last time was 27! Oh to be 27!
There was the pandemic! yeah that wasn't 2 weeks long was it? I feel like those two years changed a lot of people. Opened our eyes to what is important and now we have the chance to make up for lost time.
I'm in a relationship that brings me happiness every day. I was given a ready made family I am completely out numbered by boys and it's so lovely creating a little life together. I live and work somewhere new. I've shed my skin and let go of a lot of things. I worked really hard turning my hobby of baking into a real life small business. It's not easy there's been tears as well as joy but I'm so proud of what Emmi's Kitchen has become and I can't wait to see what happens next.
I've refound my love of cooking and finding new veggie alternative dishes.
I've always loved this little blog of mine and I want to turn it into a space, where I can share the meals we create at home, all in nice easy to find categories. Aswell as our adventures, eating out and an insight into the home bakery.
Not to mention a dash of style and beauty thrown in because that's where this all started!
